Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- With all original tags still attached;
- In its original packaging or adequately protected packaging.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, send an email to contact@letsfhaels.shop with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item. Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used at checkout. Credit card refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your card issuer.
Defective Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at contact@letsfhaels.shop. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of use or washing;
- Items without tags or with removed tags;
- Sale items with discounts above 30%, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
